Could you tell us about your business?

Mr. Duc: At ABeam Consulting Vietnam, we offer a wide range of business services, including IT, SAP, and CIO Advisory. My primary focus, however, is on strategy and operations consulting. In this area, we design strategies for our clients based on the findings of comprehensive market research and analysis.
To deliver these services effectively, conducting detailed research and studies is a critical part of our process, and Speeda is one of the platforms we utilize to support this work.

What are your roles and responsibilities in your company right now?

Mr. Duc: I currently hold the position of Senior Consultant in Strategy and Operations Team. My main responsibilities include leading market research and analysis, preparing detailed reports, and providing clients with insights into market trends and dynamics. Based on this information, we develop strategies to help clients enter new markets or increase their market share effectively.

Transforming Market Research with Speeda’s Efficient Data Solutions

Could you share the challenges you faced in business operations before you started using Speeda?

Mr.Oda: I had already been using Speeda back when I was working with ABeam Consulting in Japan, so I’ve been familiar with the platform for quite some time. When I heard about the plan to launch the strategy consulting business in Vietnam, we realized that we needed a tool that could help us gather information efficiently in a short amount of time, rather than starting from scratch. That’s when we decided to use Speeda in Vietnam, building on the experience we had in Japan.

Could you tell us about information collection before and after using Speeda?

Mr. Duc: The main difference is the significant improvement in our data collection and gathering process. Since our daily tasks involve extensive data collection, not having a platform like Speeda would require a lot more time. For example, what used to take us weeks can now be done in just a few days.
Speeda allows us to streamline the process, saving time and enabling us to focus on deeper analysis. In the strategy team, we need to understand market players, their activities, financial performance, and the overall market dynamics of various industries. Speeda has been a valuable tool in making this process faster and more efficient.
